A spectacular ornamental. Produces large, 6", purple, globe-shaped flowers on stout stalks that can reach up to 4' tall. Will go dormant by the end of July and retreat underground. Best grown in full sun and fertile, well drained soil. Will mutiply from year to year and if you are lucky even produce some seedlings. (48")
