'Fubuki' means snow storm in Japanese. This lovely new introduction from Briggs Nursery forms a low mound of cascading, variegated, green and white striped leaves. The foliage will be flushed with pink in the autumn. Green-yellow seed heads persist through the winter. Slow to emerge in the spring. New growth needs warm temperatures to show itself. May not emerge until early summer depending upon the seasonal weather. Best grown in partial to full shade, in fertile, humus-rich, moist soil that is well draining. Will not tolerate winter wet. HEIGHT: 20-30 cm SPREAD: 40-45 cm
