We cannot reserve your plants until we have received your payment (bank transfer or cheque) or payment information (visa, mastercard).
Plants are brought in specifically to fill your order. Please do not cancel plants or your order after March 31st.
We guarantee that your plants will arrive in good condition. If there is a problem with your plants on their arrival, please let us know within 48 hours and include images so we can better understand the problem. Please note that if you live in a remote area we cannot guarantee the good condition of your plants unless they are shipped via Express Post.

We guarantee that our plants are true to type. If the plant is not true please send an image. No returns are required.
Due to the variability of the climate and growing conditions we cannot offer an extended warranty on the plants. However if you need gardening advice please do email us.
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive or be available on a specific day.
Every effort is made to provide the plant size as specified in the catalogue. However on occasion plants may be larger or smaller in size and the price will vary accordingly. Price and/or size may change without notice.
When the plants are shipped you will be notified and given the Canada Post tracking information. It is important to track your shipment and be prepared to accept delivery whether it is to your door, PO/community box or carded for pick-up as described in the tracking information. It is critical to accept delivery in a timely manner and get the plants out of the box. Unfortunately we cannot extend any guarantee if the shipment is not accepted when delivered.

Select your plants from the CATALOGUE following the easy to use shopping cart system.
The total cost of your order is calculated automatically, including applicable taxes and shipping. You will be given a choice of shipping method -- Expedited Post or Express Post. If you reside in an urban area in Ontario, Quebec or Manitoba Expedited Post is an economical and safe method of shipping your plants. If you reside outside of these areas we strongly recommend that you select Express Post to ensure that your plants arrive in good condition. Please note: If you live in a remote area and select Expedited Post we can not guarantee your plants will arrive in good condition. If you live in a remote area we strongly recommend you select Express Post.
BC, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut and NWT - sorry, the only shipping option is Express.MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Many customers have us write specific delivery instructions on the box. For example: "LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR" or "LEAVE ON BACK PORCH". This is a great idea. Make sure the parcel is left in a secure spot out of the weather.
Ontario residents have the 'shipping' option of picking up their plants. Picking up your plants will save you 10%.
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Your payment information is 100% secure when sent through the on-line catalogue. If you prefer, you may order on-line and phone in your credit card number, cvs and expiry date. You can also pay by bank tranfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or send a cheque. Please note that we can not reserve your plants until we have your payment information on file or have received your bank transfer or cheque. If you are ordering late in the season and plan to pay by cheque, please note that the shipment of your order may be delayed by weeks, as we can not reserve your plants until we have received and processed your payment. If you are placing an order later in the spring we highly recommend paying via credit card or bank transfer.
We do not accept COD orders. We are also not set up to take orders by phone .Order Processing
Plants are allocated when an order and payment are received on-line, on a first come, first served basis. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped or ready for pick-up. However if your are paying by cheque or bank transfer your payment will be processed immediately. Weather permitting, we will begin shipping Spring orders at the beginning of May. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS
based on weather and availability. Size and Shipment of Plants
Plants offered are grown in containers. The size is specified in the on-line catalogue. Some variations may occur. Prices may change without notice particularly if the container size changes.
Please unpack and plant or pot your shipment as soon as it arrives. Protect it from frost. If you believe you have a problem with your shipment, please e-mail us within 48 hours.Pick-up orders -- your plants will be potted.
Navigating the Catalogue
The Catalogue is very simple to use. All plants are listed by botanical name. There are three ways to navigate the Catalogue:
1. Search for a specific plant. From the Catalogue Menu click on Search. Enter the botanical name of the plant.
2. By Category. All plants are arranged alphabetically by botanical name in several categories.
Click on the category and browse down the list of plants.
Click on a specific variety for more information or to make a purchase.
3. Site Map. From the Catalogue Menu click on Site Map.
Site Map provides a complete, clickable list, by category, of all the plants that we offer.
