An interesting native plant rarely offered. Compact size with attractive gray-green, fern-like foliage and hairy, silver stems. Produces tall, erect flowerspikes covered with tiny blue-purple flowers with golden anthers from May to June. Easily grown in full sun and average to dry, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established and tolerant of many soil conditions. Loved by pollinators, butterflies and hummingbirds. HEIGHT: 60-80 cm SPREAD: 60-80 cm
