Plants are brought in specifically to fill your order. Please order carefully. It is not possible to cancel or change your order after March 31st.We guarantee that our plants are true to type. If the plant is not true please send an image. No returns are required.Due to the variability of the climate and growing conditions we cannot offer an extended warranty on the plants. However if you need gardening advice please do email us.At time of pick-up you will have the opportunity to inspect your plants. Please note - we do not accept returns after you have taken your plants home unless they are not true to type.Your order will be ready for pick-up in May. However we cannot guarantee that it will be ready by a specific date. Once notified please pick-up within 2 weeks to ensure that your plants are at their best.Every effort is made to provide the plant size as specified in the catalogue. However on occasion plants may be larger or smaller in size and the price will vary accordingly. Price and/or size may change without notice. |
Making A Purchase All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Only pick-up orders will be accepted. We no longer ship plants.Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.PAYMENT OPTIONS:We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge your card until your plants are ready for pick-up. You may send your credit card information securely through the catalogue, or you can also call in your information. Please note that we can not reserve your plants until we have received your card details. Please keep us up to date if your credit card changes. We do not accept debit cards.We also accept cheques and bank transfer. You can transfer your payment to chris@canningperennials.com. If you choose either of these two payment methods, the payment will be processed immediately, and we will begin processing your order as soon as payment transfer is complete. Please note that we will reserve plants for your order as soon as payment transfer is complete. Back Orders Generally we do not backorder plants. |

Credit Card Security Our catalogue is secured by SSL.We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. VERY IMPORTANT; Unlike most companies, your credit card information is never held on a remote server for more than 24 hours.DO NOT E-MAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. E-mail is never secure.
