Excellent compact form with finely cut, fern-like foliage producing deep red flower plumes in mid-summer. Does prefer moist soil but is more tolerant of 'drier' conditions than most other Astilbe. Best grown in part to full shade. HEIGHT: 30-40 cm SPREAD: 30-50 cm
