This is a very low growing Astilbe suitable as a groundcover, in containers and rock gardens or edging the border. Deeply cut bronze-green foliage set with chubby rose-purple flower spikes. One of the more drought tolerant varieties. Long flowering from late spring into summer. Shear back to encourage re-blooming. Best grown in part to full shade but is tolerant of sunnier conditions. HEIGHT: 10-15 cm SPREAD: 30-50 cm
