Unique dwarf Astilbe with interesting crispy foliage and set with short pink flower spikes in July and August. Very compact habit perfect for smaller gardens.
Prefers light to moderate shade with average to moist soils. Astilbes may burn if planted in full sun. Deep shade tolerant but will not flower as prolifically. Water plants during the summer especially if there is less than average rainfall. Extented drought periods will lead to browning of the foliage and may result in foliage drop. After flowers finish, prune spent flowers off and lightly shape the foliage to encourage new growth. HEIGHT: 15-20 cm SPREAD: 20-25
