A lovely, compact ornamental a bit smaller than the other Painted Ferns. Arching silvery fronds with wine red stems. This is a wonderful, shady garden plant. A great companion to Hosta and Astilbe. Also perfect size for containers. Can be grown in part to full shade, in moist, humus soil. HEIGHT: 40-45 cm; SPREAD: 45-60 cm
