Former Perennial Plant of the Year. Outstanding oranmental with light green, heart-shaped leaves overlaid with a thick silver frosting which is thinly veined to create a cracked procelain effect. Beautiful mounding plant with blue, forget-me-not like flowers in spring. Best in part to full shade, in moist, well-drained soil. For a dynamite impact combine 'Jack Frost' with a couple of Japanese Painted ferns, plus a darker foliaged Heuchera. HEIGHT: 30-45 cm SPREAD: 30-45 cm
