An interesting native plant. In the spring produces masses of spherical, white flowers the size of golf balls. Fragrant and long flowering. Followed by green nutlets which turn brown in the fall and persist into the winter. Attractive glossy foliage. Prefers a sunny location in moist, even waterlogged soils. Will do very well in bogs and wetland locations but is also tolerant of drier spots. HEIGHT: 175-200 cm SPREAD: 175-200 cm
