Gorgeous new introduction. Forms a compact mound of lacy, deep purple to charcoal-black foliage set with spikes of rich mauve-pink flowers which eventually fade to white. Valuable late flower perennial which is very fragrant. Loved by butterflies. Prefers a partially shaded location in rich, moist, well-drained soil. Will tolerate sunnier situation but keep it out of the hot afternoon sun which may ruin the foliage. HEIGHT: 90-125 cm SPREAD: 60-70 cm
