Gorgeous dark beauty. Forms a mid-sized clump of lacy foliage which is luscious dark purple. Very dark-coloured, tall, sturdy stalks bear long, creamy-white, bottle-brush blooms. Very fragrant. Flowers late summer and into fall. A wonderful perennial for the woodland garden with rich, moist, well-drained soil, although it is tolerant of drier conditions. Best in part to full shade. Keep out of full sun as this may scorch the foliage. HEIGHT: 125-175 cm SPREAD: 60-80 cm
