Fully double, pale violet-blue flowers. Gorgeous! Vigorous and long flowering. Blooms late spring to early summer and after a brief rest will bloom again in late summer and fall. Prune hard in April to about 45-60 cm from the ground. HEIGHT: 1-2 m SPREAD: 1-2 m
