This gorgeous, reblooming Clematis has large, Wisteria-blue flowers with creamy-yellow stamens. Flowers in late spring and again in late summer. Blooms are slightly fragrant. Prune lightly in early spring just to tidy-up the plant. HEIGHT: 2-3 m SPREAD: 2-3 m
