Raymond Evison Boulevard Clematis. Produces a profusion of blue flowers with contrasting creamy-yellow anthers. Flowers virtually all summer. Prune to 20 cm from the ground in the early spring. Compact size perfect for smaller gardens or containers. HEIGHT: 100-140 cm SPREAD: 60-90 m
