A Raymond Evison Clematis. This variety was named in recognition of volunteers and the great work they do. Samaritans are recognized for helping others in distress. A gorgeous ornamental that blooms from late spring until mid autumn. Semi-double white blooms with very pointy petals which are outlined in purple and have a pale chartreuse streak in the centre. Dark purple anthers with golden yellow tips adorn the centre of each bloom. Excellent compact size makes it perfect for smaller gardens or grown in containers. Prune hard in early spring to about 30 cm from the ground. HEIGHT: 1.2 to 1.5 m
