Low growing perennial with blue-green foliage smothered with masses of semi to fully double, deep, rich red flowers early to mid-summer. Shear back after it has flowered to encourage reblooming in the fall. Blooms are a great contrast with the mounding blue-green foliage. Prefers a sunny, well-drained site. Great for containers, in the rock garden or front of the border. Very uniform. Drought tolerant once established, low maintenance, deer resistant, attracts butterflies and long flowering. Definitely a WOW plant. HEIGHT: 20-25 cm SPREAD: 30-40 cm
