Compact perennial producing masses of vivid, deep watermelon-coral coneflowers from June through to September. Blooms are borne on sturdy, upright stalks.
Easily grown in average to moist, well drained soils in full sun to part shade. Quite drought tolerant once established. Very adaptable to heat and poor soils. Taller cultivars may grow leggy and require staking if grown in dense shade. Regular deadheading is recommended but not necessary to increase bloom time. It just improves general plant appearance. HEIGHT: 40-45 cm SPREAD: 45-50 cm
