Forms a dark green, ground hugging mat of whorled leaves, covered with a starry white display of tiny flowers in late spring. Will slowly spread outward to form a large mat. Great as garden edging or for naturalizing under shrubs and trees. Best grown in partial shade, in moist, well-drained soil. Tolerant of sunny and drier conditions. Not invasive and generally easy to control. Foliage smells like freshly mown hay when crushed. HEIGHT: 15-20 cm SPREAD: 30-50 cm
