This is a native shrub or small tree with small, yellow, ribbon-like flowers in late September. Green foliage becomes a brilliant orange-yellow in the fall. Easily grown in sun or shade and quite drought tolerant once established. Can grow to 15' but don't be afraid to prune it as needed.
