Puffer Fish Hydrangea

Large, fluffy, cone-shaped flower heads cover the entire plant throughout the summer into fall. Blooms open pure white and mature to lime green. Excellent strong sturdy stalks support these big flowers without flopping. Flowers all summer on new wood. Prune in late winter or early spring. Easily grown in sun to part shade in moist to average, well-drained soil. Exceptionally hardy. A butterfly favourite. HEIGHT: 100-150 cm SPREAD: 100-150 cm
All hydrangea flowers do undergo some colour changes as they age. Also soil pH can change the flower colour of some cultivars.
