Versatile, easy to grow, native (Ontario) shrub producing masses of golden yellow flowers which are adorned with a cloud of bristly stamen. Long flowering from late spring well into summer. Followed by interesting seed capsules plus exfoliating bark provides winter interest. Great compact form with attractive, narrow, gray-green foliage. Easily grown in full sun to partial shade and will tolerate a wide variety of soils. Smaller size makes it ideal for the garden, foundation or even mass planted. Height: 50-60 cm Spread: 50-60 cm
