Native wildflower. Brilliant spikes of rich, red flowers in mid-to-late summer. Superb for mass-planting, in containers and as a cut flower. Can also be used as a shallow water plant. Very attractive to hummingbirds. For sun to part shade in moist soils. Lobelia does like a moist environment but is also very tolerant (happy) in general garden soil. HEIGHT: 80-125 cm SPREAD: 45-60 cm
