Showy dwarf variety with bold, golden, horizontal banding on narrow, arching green leaves. Bronzy pink plumes in late summer. Compact size makes it perfect for the border or smaller gardens. HEIGHT: 80-125 cm SPREAD: 60-90 cm
General Information
A wonderful group of grasses. Tall, bold and imposing. Will produce a showy fountain of grassy foliage set with tall, highly ornamental flower plumes later in the season. Provides outstanding architecture and colour from late summer, right through the winter. One of the best winter-interest perennials. Easily grown in sun to part shade, in moist, well drained soil. Once established quite drought tolerant. Makes a great impact as an accent specimen or in a group.
