Dwarf Blue Catmint

This new introduction has a low growing, compact, rounded form.  Attractive, grey-green, aromatic foliage is completely covered with violet-blue flower clusters from spring until early summer.    After flowering prune back the plant by about a half to promote a second flush of blooms.   A superb ornamental. Easily grown in a sunny, well-drained location.  Drought tolerant.  This is also an excellent perennial for attracting butterflies, hummingbirds and honey bees.  Great for containers, the rock garden or front of the border.   HEIGHT:  25-30 cm   SPREAD:  30-40 cm
