Start your engines. Here is a spectacular new Switch Grass that goes from green to red in no time. In the spring the foliage is blue-green but by early summer the leaves begin to turn a stunning burgundy-red. And the colour keeps intensifying as the season progresses. In late summer it produces clouds of diffuse red-burgundy flowerheads. Great compact size suitable for the border and smaller gardens. Perfect choice for a mass-planting. Best grown in full sun. Tolerant of most soil conditions. Drought tolerant once established. HEIGHT: 100-125 cm SPREAD: 90-100 cm
