Dwarf perennial producing masses of fragrant, violet-blue flower clusters from May to June. Some flowers may have a hint of very-pale blue hues. Forms large colonies over time. Phlox divaricata prefers average to moist, well-drained soils in dappled shade. Provide good air circulation when choosing a location for this species to reduce the potential of powdery mildew. Cut back after flowering to encourage fresh growth and a tidier habit. HEIGHT: 30-45 cm SPREAD: 25-30 cm
