Slow growing, dwarf spruce. Young plants will have a dense, bushy, rounded form becoming more pyramidal with maturity. Produces, short, thick, stiff shoots covered with dark blue-green needles. Slow growth rate of 8-10 cm per year makes this an ideal shrub for the mixed border or smaller foundation planting. Low maintenance shrub best in full sun, and well-drained to dry soil. Drought tolerant once established. HEIGHT: 150-175 cm SPREAD: 100-125 cm
