Slow growing, evergreen shrub. New leaves emerge brilliant firey-red changing to green as the season progresses. Produces panicles of slightly fragrant, white, bell-shaped flowers in early spring. Upright, mounding form. Best grown in full sun to partial shade in moist, fertile soil with low pH. Does not like standing water. Protect from drying winter winds and winter sun which will dessicate the foliage. Height: 150-175 cm Spread: 125-150 cm
