Chinook Sunrise Rose

This rose was developed in Ontario at the Vineland Research Station and is the 2nd introduction in their 49th Parallel Collection.
An exceptionally hardy rose it was developed to be resistant to black spot and powdery mildew. It has a semi-upright, bushy form with glossy foliage and produces vibrant blooms in a sunset of colours. Coral buds open to semi-double flowers in a range of apricot shades. Repeat bloomer from June to September. A low maintenance ornamental. Prefers a sunny location in fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Deadhead to promote prolonged flowering. Avoid overhead watering..
