A taller shrub rose covered with fragrant, semi-double, pure white blooms from spring until frost. Orange hips appear in the fall. Height: 125-150 cm Spread: 125-150 cm
Explorer Roses were originally developed at the Ottawa research stay. They are tough, hardy, low maintenance shrubs and quite disease resistant. Explorer Roses are also long flowering usually from early summer right into the fall. Best grown in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Deadhead to promote reblooming. Avoid overhead watering. Named after Canadian Explorers.
