A more compact form of Elder. Highly ornamental, deeply serrated, lacy, golden foliage. Contrasting white flower clusters in early summer followed by bright red berries in the fall which are loved by birds. Best grown in sun and moist well drained soil. Prune hard in the early years to promote strong, bushy growth. Excellent upright busy form. Compact size makes it the perfect size for the border or foundation planting. HEIGHT: 80-100 cm SPREAD: 60-80 cm
