Touran Scarlet Rockfoil

Compact, dwarf which forms a very dense cushion of evergreen, cross-shaped foliage. Produces masses of scarlet-red flowers held on short, wiry stems, in early to late spring. Best grown in part to full sun in moist, but very well-drained soil Does not perform well in drought or hot humid weather. Prune lightly after flowering to remove faded flowers and stems. Protect from winter wet as this is usually deadly. NOTE: Morning sun and afternoon shade is the best situation. HEIGHT: 10 -15 cm SPREAD: 20-25 cm
