Gorgeous, tough ornamental. Forms a dense, sturdy clump of stiff, upright silvery-blue stems which turn deep burgundy-wine in the fall -- as well as the leaves. Showy display of fluffy tan seed heads which turn brown in the fall. Proven Winners plant. Easily grown in full sun and average to dry soil. Drought tolerant once established.
