Compact, mounding shrub with deeply serrated, wrinkled and twisted green leaves which often emerge burgundy-red, and continue to be fused with burgundy into maturity. Produces masses of deep pink, flattened flower clusters in late spring. A great selection for the front of the border, edging pathways or even in the rock garden. Easily grown in full sun to partial shade and average to dry, well-drained soil. Sure to attract butterflies. HEIGHT: 60-80 cm SPREAD: 80-100 cm
